Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) has announced a new funding opportunity through its Knowledge to Action program, in partnership with the Mental Health Commission of Canada and the Regenerative Medicine and Nanomedicine Initiative. The general objective of this opportunity is to facilitate and accelerate the translation of knowledge to improve the health of Canadians, provide more effective health services and products and strengthen the healthcare system. The total amount available is approximately $2,000,000 over two years. The maximum amount awarded for a single grant is $100,000 per annum for up to two years.
