Communities of Practice in Tobacco Control

Join the Toronto KTECOP on Wednesday, March 13, 2013, for a presentation on “Communities of Practice in Tobacco Control.”

To foster knowledge exchange in tobacco control, the Program Training and Consultation Centre (PTCC) develops and supports tobacco control related Communities of Practice (CoP) of salience to Ontario’s local tobacco control community. The CoPs are supported through PTCC’s Learning through Evidence, Action and Reflection Networks (LEARN) project.

Speakers are Cynthia Neilson, Health Promotion Specialist and Knowledge Broker with PTCC, and Dr. Irene Lambraki, a Senior Research Associate for the Propel Centre for Population Health Impact.
