The Autism Research Centre (ARC) at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital is looking for a Knowledge Broker to join the POND Network team. The Province of Ontario Neurodevelopmental Disorders (POND) Network is a large research initiative carrying out biomedical studies aimed at improving long-term outcomes of children with ASD, ADHD, OCD and ID. The primary role of the Knowledge Broker will be to support knowledge dissemination and patient engagement activities. Examples of this kind of work include managing website content and social media promotion, organizing and hosting an annual Parent Information Day, creating lay-friendly and actionable resources to raise awareness and promote study findings as well as building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders to foster new opportunities for meaningful patient engagement across the network. This is temporary part-time (.5 to .6 FTE) 12-month contract. Opportunities for renewal are based on funding availability and performance.
