Reporting to the Digital Scholarship Librarian at SFU Library, the Knowledge Mobilization (KMb) Officer will support SFU researchers in identifying and implementing best practices for mobilizing research findings through a broad range of channels. The KMb Officer supports the development and implementation of KMb plans for grant funded projects, develops and coordinates KMb skills training programs and provides leadership for the University’s annual KMb priorities. The KMb Officer will create SFU-specific tools and assist researchers with finding ways to engage public audiences. The KMb Officer is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with faculty, research facilitators, research administrators, communicators, and others to increase engagement with SFU research in public policy, professional practice, and community.
