Ron’s passion is to help build organizational cultures that attract, retain and engage by impacting individual, team and organizational capability through leadership development. His experience extends over 20 years in training and development in the for-profit, non-profit, social services and regulatory sectors. Having worked in organizations where the number of employees ranged from 20 to 75,000, Ron has provided training and development to hundreds of leaders. Ron holds the degree of Master of Continuing Education (University of Calgary), along with diplomas in Addiction Counselling (George Brown College) and Adult Training and Development (Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto).
