On Thursday, February 12, 2009, the KTECOP gathered for an open discussion on Michael Gibbons’ work on Mode 2 research and the New Knowledge.
KTECOP chair Dee Kramer provided an off-the-cuff definition of Mode 2 research as “collaborative research with community members and researchers working together and responding to community questions and needs. It is considered one of the most effective KTE techniques that we have.”
