CHSRF/CIHR Chair on Knowledge Transfer and Innovation

KT Clearinghouse
This website is intended to facilitate the collaboration and dissemination of KT research and tools by providing a platform in which researchers are able to contribute, to search the Clearinghouse for relevant tools and resources and to provide feedback about tools that were selected and used. Hosted by KT Canada, the Knowledge Translation Program of the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute at St. Michael’s Hospital, the University of Toronto, and the KT Branch of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research.

Developed by McMaster University’s Health Information Research Unit, Knowledge Translation+ (KT+) provides access to the current evidence on “T2″ knowledge translation (i.e., research addressing the knowledge to practice gap), including published original articles and systematic reviews on health care quality improvement, continuing professional education, computerized clinical decision support, health services research and patient adherence. Its purpose is to inform those working in the knowledge translation area of current research as it is published.
