The Ontario Centres for Learning, Research and Innovation in Long-Term Care (CLRI) at Baycrest has an opportunity for a Knowledge Broker (Part Time, 42 Hours Bi-Weekly).
As a team member with the Ontario CLRI at Baycrest, the primary role of the Knowledge Broker is to work collaboratively to broker strong, supportive relationships amongst diverse stakeholders (long-term care home providers, clinicians, residents, care partners, innovators, academics, researchers, and team members), to build strategic alliances and partnerships, and to develop and implement dissemination and implementation strategies. The goal is to increase the uptake and impact of educational programs, products, research, and innovations across Ontario long-term care homes in support of an overall knowledge mobilization strategy.
