We would like to invite you to consider participating in an online survey to provide your thoughts and perceptions on how stigma, fear and misinformation spreads during COVID-19.
The survey is anonymous and completely confidential and should take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
We are aiming to develop tools to combat stigma, fear and misinformation during the COVID-19 pandemic and other infectious disease outbreaks. We are currently recruiting individuals to share their experiences and perceptions on stigma, fear, and misinformation associated with COVID-19. Your input will help us shape our tools.
Upon the completion of the survey, participants will be invited to enter into a draw for the chance to win one of the following: 1 $100 Visa gift card, 2 $50 Visa gift cards, and 5 $20 Visa gift cards.
