Manager Technology-Enabled Knowledge Mobilization, Provincial System Support Program, CAMH

Position Description

The Provincial System Support Program (PSSP) at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Manager, Technology-Enabled Knowledge Mobilization. The PSSP works with communities, service providers, and other partners across Ontario to move evidence to action and create sustainable change in Ontario’s mental health and addictions system. With expertise in knowledge mobilization, implementation, evaluation, equity, and engagement—PSSP is on the ground and collaborating with stakeholders to build a better system.

Reporting to the Director, Knowledge Mobilization with a dotted reporting line to the Senior Manager, Data Systems, and the Manager of Technology-Enabled Knowledge Mobilization (KMb) Systems will provide critical support toward the development and maintenance of vibrant and innovative digital platform for the Provincial System Support Program. The successful candidate will be entering an organization at a time of rich transformation and will be required to play an instrumental role in informing and operationalizing an innovative digital strategy in support of diverse partners, networks, communities and programs across the mental health and addictions landscape.

The successful candidate will have a Master’s of Science Degree in a field relevant to learning technologies OR postsecondary certification in field relevant to technology-enabled learning along with five-years leadership experience in a similar role. They will wield demonstrated experience leading large scale organizational information technology initiatives within an environment focused on learning, education, or knowledge mobilization. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working with senior leadership teams, academic partners, and/or community stakeholder groups to align digital solutions/assets with organizational—level strategic priorities. They should possess considerable knowledge of and experience working with diverse vendors across the landscape of technology-enabled learning and/or community-networking solutions. The ideal candidate must be an innovative thinker with strong analytical skills including prior experience of application of critical problem solving across complex information management projects. Strong project management skills with capacity to help plan implement new strategies are essential as is the capacity to guide and inform senior leadership teams, and educate or support peers. This role requires a skilled communicator with the capacity to engage diplomatically and clearly with front- and back-end system users who wield varying levels of technical proficiency.

Please Note:  This full-time, permanent position is NOT part of any bargaining unit.
