The Regional Geriatric Program of Toronto (RGP) is seeking a Knowledge Translation and Implementation Project Manager to join the team! We are seeking an experienced health professional with interest in the care of older people, continuing health professional development and knowledge-to-practice (KTP) processes. Working closely with the RGP directors, the Knowledge Translation and Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of a variety of KTP initiatives, ensuring timely progress and achievement of expected deliverables. The Knowledge Translation and Implementation Project Manager will serve as a leader, coach, and expert in educational program development and in implementing knowledge translation strategies.
The Regional Geriatric Program of Toronto (RGP) supports a network of healthcare providers who care for frail older adults. Building capacity for senior friendly care through education and training is a central pillar of the RGP mandate and strategic plan. We develop and implement innovative and complex KTP initiatives. Varying in scale, these initiatives are inter-professional, inter-sectoral and co-designed with key stakeholders, including older people themselves.
