Learn the basics of knowledge translation (KT)/ knowledge mobilization (KM) with the Foundations of KT course, offered by the Knowledge Translation Program at St. Michael’s Hospital, Unity Health Toronto.
Upon course completion, participants will be able to:
-identify key KT/KM definitions,
-understand how theories, models and frameworks can be used to support KT activities,
-discuss what to consider to plan for implementation, evaluation, and sustainability.
This is an online, self-directed, asynchronous course. Participants:
-may register and join the course at any time,
-will have access to webinars and resources for 6 months,
-will receive a certificate upon completion of the course.
