This year’s R2P course will be held in Gothenburg, Sweden, April 8-10.
The demand for better use of research evidence in practice – whether in health care or any field is ever increasing. This course covers approaches and methods that can help to improve the mobilization, application and uptake of occupational health and safety (OHS) research knowledge among workplace audiences, and how research processes and findings can be better integrated with practice knowledge to promote OHS prevention strategies and impact.
Course objectives:
To provide up-to-date knowledge on approaches and methods for reaching workplaces and OHS audiences and to engage workplace audiences and policymakers in knowledge mobilization of OHS research.
Who should attend?
Researchers and PhD students, government representatives, e.g., labour inspectors, users of OHS research, e.g., OHS consultants, unions and employer organizations, companies, etc., facilitators of research to practice processes.
