Sarah Webster

I began my career in long-term care and later transitioned into the field of knowledge translation and exchange. I am Manager of the Centre for Studies in Aging and Health and co-Chair of Specialized Geriatric Service East. Through my current roles, as well as my work with the Ontario Age-Friendly Communities Outreach Program, Niagara Connects, Behavioural Supports Ontario and Gestalt Collective, I am passionate about helping people access information, connect to each other and strengthen their work. My primary interest is aging, age-friendly communities, knowledge translation and exchange.
