About the Speaker
Dr. Tristram Hooley, PhD, is the Head of iCeGs where he is responsible for overseeing the development of the research and education programs run by the Centre. His focus is in research, teaching and education with a special interest in careers for doctoral education, social capital and the role of technology in research, education and guidance.
Tristram is a member of the UK Careers Sector Strategic Forum, a Winston Churchill Fellow a Fellow of National Institute for Career Education and Counselling (NICEC) and serves on the editorial board of the British Journal of Guidance and Counselling. He also writes the Adventures in Career Development blog at: adventuresincareerdevelopment.posterous.com.
He is also co-authour of Social Media: A Guide for Researchers (London, 2011). See also the related resources.
