Planning a knowledge transfer project? Looking for a guide that teaches the nuts and bolts?
Learn about this tool and how it can be used to help navigate the complexities of planning a knowledge transfer project.
The tool contains four worksheets based on Lavis et al’s (2003) five principles of knowledge transfer:
1. What (is the message)?
2. To whom (audience)?
3. By whom (messenger)?
4. How (transfer method)?
5. With what expected impact (evaluation)?
The worksheets contain further information about knowledge translation strategies/mechanisms and how to assess their effectiveness.
